The Role:

As a Fashion Stylist at JAUS, you'll be more than a sales associate, you'll be a trusted style guide. You'll help clients discover outfits they feel amazing in, provide expert styling advice for events or travel, and foster long-term relationships with repeat customers. You'll also play a key role in bringing our boutique experience to life, from visual merchandising to content creation. Key Responsibilities Styling & Client Experience Provide personalized 1:1 styling support to customers in-store Offer recommendations based on body type, occasion, and client preferences Build a client book and proactively follow up with repeat customers Brand Experience & Visual Merchandising Curate and refresh the boutiques merchandise Assist with styling content for social media Maintain elevated presentation across all displays Retail & Sales Execution Meet or exceed individual sales and styling session targets Manage fitting room experiences with attention to detail and warmth Process transactions and customer orders with efficiency Culture & Community Contribute ideas to weekly team huddles and styling sessions Support boutique events (styling nights, drops, previews) Bring good energy, curiosity, and care into every interaction About You You genuinely love fashion and helping people feel their best You're confident giving styling advice to a range of body types You're proactive, coachable, and a great communicator Study fashion, fashion merchandising etc a bonus Retail, boutique, or fashion styling experience is preferred but we'll train the right person with great energy and taste Perks Staff wardrobe allowance and access to new arrivals Ongoing styling education and capsule training Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunity to grow into senior stylist or leadership roles Schedule Must be available for rotating weekend shifts Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available
