Budtender Are you passionate about cannabis and providing exceptional customer service? Smilez of Burton is looking for friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Budtenders .

What You'll Do:

Welcome customers and provide outstanding service from start to finish Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment by following all procedures and regulations Verify products and ensure accurate labeling at the point of sale Operate dispensary point-of-sale software and METRC inventory tracking to process transactions Utilize cannabis retail platforms, including Dutchie and METRC (experience is a plus!)

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-Time:

30-40 hours per week

Availability:

Nights and weekends required

Starting Pay:

$14.00 per hour + tips averaging an additional $5.00 per hour

Requirements:
