Job Description

Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Store Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive the success of our store. In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your proactive approach will help promote products, manage transactions efficiently, and maintain an inviting store environment. Pay:
$17/ hour Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts. Assist with merchandising displays, stock replenishment, and organising the store to keep the store inviting. Manage cashier duties such as handling cash with accuracy and maintaining excellent customer service. Maintaining the stores appearance by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc. support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience is a plus, but not needed as we will train you! Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in fast-paced environments such as grocery stores or retail outlets. Ability to handle cash accurately, demonstrate good phone etiquette, and perform basic math calculations confidently. Experience with merchandising, stocking, and upselling techniques will set you apart. A proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills to support a positive store environment.
