Average yearly compensation:

What You'll Do As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will represent the AT&T brand and help customers find the best wireless, entertainment, and technology solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers and create a welcoming store experience Sell wireless products, services, accessories, and entertainment solutions Meet and exceed individual sales goals Build strong customer relationships through trust and professionalism Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, pricing, and service features Offer complete solutions based on each customer's needs Assist with opening and closing procedures Handle cash, inventory, and store operations according to company policy Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing Complete required training and stay updated on new products and offers Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment Participate in local marketing, community events, and store growth opportunities Complete additional duties or projects as assigned What We're Looking For Preferred qualifications: 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Willingness to learn, improve, and be coached Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours Ability to move or lift up to 25 pounds Sales experience is preferred, but the right attitude, confidence, and work ethic matter most.
