Job Description

Clouse's Ace Hardware is a family-owned and community-oriented business. We take pride in offering a diverse selection of top-quality hardware products and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and helping customers with their inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in cash handling and be able to provide accurate change.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Assist customers with purchases and returns. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

From $13.73 per hour
