Duties Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Upsell additional offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue Conduct merchandising activities to maintain attractive product displays and ensure inventory availability Utilize strong communication skills to explain pricing structures, promotions, and product features clearly Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Other duties as assigned Requirements Valid driving license with a clean driving record Strong math skills for accurate pricing calculations and transaction processing Microsoft and CRM experience Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the job Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members Organizational skills Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork mindset This role is paid and offers an exciting chance to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact.
