As a result of that growth, we need to add to our team! We are currently accepting applications for the position of Retail Sales Associate. Responsibilities would include retail floor sales, entering customer orders, cash register sales, embroidery and providing excellent customer service. On the job training is provided. Store hours are 9a-5p Monday through Friday and we are closed for all major holidays. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in retail sales and cash handling Proficient in basic math and retail math Ability to collaborate effectively with team members Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising techniques Experience in stocking and maintaining inventory Computer programming skills is a plus Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in our store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your core skills in retail sales, cash handling, and communication to assist customers effectively. Your premium skills in merchandising and product demonstrations will enhance the shopping experience, while your ability to collaborate with the sales team will contribute to achieving store goals. With a focus on maintaining stock and ensuring a welcoming environment, you will play a vital role in our retail operations.
