We have an opening for part time R etail Sales Associate at our beautiful Sanders retail store located at 436 S Main St, Rochester MI. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a friendly, outgoing personality who wants to work with a great team in a fun, clean environment that smells amazing! Qualified candidates must be willing and able to work various shifts Monday through Sunday, including holidays as needed. The starting pay rate is $14.00 per hour and you will be eligible for a 20% employee discount! As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing Sanders in a positive manner by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to all of our guests. Duties and Responsibilities Interact with the public and provide exceptional service Maximize sales opportunities through product knowledge and merchandising Prepare various treats and beverages according to guest specifications Follow proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, and serving products Perform cash handling procedures Qualifications Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Must possess basic math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Attentive to detail Ability to work independently when necessary; Ability to learn and follow all health and safety regulations Display good work ethic and dependability.
