Eleven Store Associate Location:
Downtown Detroit, MI Job Type:
Full-Time / Part-Time We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our 7-Eleven stores in Downtown Detroit. This is a hands-on convenience store position. The ideal candidate is comfortable staying busy throughout the shift and helping wherever needed. This is not a role where you will spend the day standing behind a register. Team members are expected to rotate between customer service, stocking, cleaning, merchandising, and general store operations. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and assist customers Stock shelves, coolers, and displays throughout the store Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, counters, restrooms, and exterior areas Receive and organize deliveries Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed Prepare coffee, hot food, and other store offerings when required Follow company procedures for cash handling and store operations Work in different areas of the store based on business needs Assist with opening, closing, and shift-change procedures Requirements Dependable and punctual Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Willingness to clean and perform general maintenance tasks Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous retail or convenience store experience is helpful but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up on time, and are willing to help wherever needed. Pay:
