Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Budtender, where you will be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our retail cannabis dispensary. Your enthusiasm and expertise will guide customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they find the right products to meet their needs. As a vital part of our team, you'll create a welcoming environment, provide product education, and promote responsible consumption—all while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the evolving cannabis industry, making a positive impact on our community. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their preferences and needs Provide detailed product demonstrations and educate customers on product effects, usage, and safety guidelines Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales and age restrictions Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills Requirements Previous retail sales or customer service experience Demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for cash handling and transaction accuracy Strong communication skills and active listening abilities Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about product effects and safety guidelines (not required, but sought after) Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining a positive attitude Join us as a Budtender and become part of an innovative industry that's transforming wellness!
