As a Stylist, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience, showcasing products, and driving sales through your expertise and personal style. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences. Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Utilize retail math to assist customers with sizing, fit, and selection. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor that reflects current trends. Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and encourage repeat business. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of retail math and basic math skills for transactions. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is a plus. A keen eye for fashion trends and the ability to sell products effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
