This role partners closely with leadership, internal teams, and nonprofit organizations to deliver strategic, compliant, and engaging giving initiatives aligned with the organization's philanthropic mission and values. About the role Lead the planning and execution of team member giving programs, including crowdfunding campaigns and fundraising initiatives Manage end-to-end program operations, including timelines, contracts, communications, assets, and partner coordination Develop and execute integrated communication strategies to drive awareness, participation, and engagement Partner with internal stakeholders (communications, design, legal, procurement, and leadership) to deliver seamless programs Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit and internal partners to support giving and fundraising needs Analyze participation and engagement data to evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, internal guidelines, and organizational values Manage giving-related activity within internal volunteer and giving platforms and provide reporting and updates as needed Support events and program logistics, including coordination with facilities, catering, and security when required Contribute to short- and long-term team member giving strategy and support special projects as assigned About you Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences Ability to respond effectively to internal and external partner needs in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, employee giving, community relations, nonprofit program management, or related work Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics Demonstrated success designing and executing programs that drive engagement and measurable outcomes Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, YourCause, or similar systems What you'll get Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
