Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Budtender, where you will be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers exploring our premium cannabis products. In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, educate clients about product options, and ensure a welcoming environment that encourages trust and loyalty. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help customers make informed choices while promoting responsible consumption. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing industry, empowering individuals with safe and quality products. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs and preferences Provide detailed product demos, explaining effects, dosages, and usage instructions to enhance customer understanding Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product visibility Conduct upselling by recommending complementary products and promoting new or featured items to increase sales Manage inventory levels through stock checks and merchandising adjustments to ensure product availability Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, maintaining professionalism at all times Qualifications Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar customer-focused environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and engage customers confidently Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering quality products and outstanding service.
