Employee Compensation:

This position offers a guaranteed hourly base pay of $16-$20 per hour (based on experience). This is not a commission-only role. Employees are paid hourly for all time worked. Additional performance-based bonuses may be available; however, bonuses are not guaranteed and are provided separately from base pay. Paid training is provided.

Position Overview:

Intuitive Career Solutions Inc is hiring a Retail Customer Service & Sales Associate to support customer interactions inside retail store environments. This position is primarily focused on customer service. Team members assist customers by providing product information, answering questions, and helping with account setup and service-related needs. There is also a sales component to the role. Employees may assist customers with selecting and enrolling in services when appropriate; however, this is not a commission-based sales position. The role is structured as a customer service position with service enrollment support. This is a full-time W-2 position and all work is performed in-person inside retail locations. This position is based in Saginaw, MI and may support nearby retail locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers inside retail locations Provide clear and accurate information about products and services Answer customer questions and provide support Assist with account setup and service enrollment when needed Help customers understand available service plans, pricing, and features Maintain a professional and positive customer experience Work with team members to support daily operations

Products & Services:

This role involves assisting customers with wireless communication services, including mobile phone plans, data plans, and home internet services offered through retail locations. Employees help customers understand plan options, pricing, and assist with setting up new service accounts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with people face-to-face Team-oriented mindset Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required

Training:

Paid training is provided and includes product knowledge, service plan details, and customer interaction support.

Additional Information:

This is not a remote position All work is conducted in-person inside retail store environments Employees are scheduled on a consistent weekly basis
