Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Some physical lifting is required. Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems. Retail sales experience preferred. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash management. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
