Overview Become a key part of our crew! As a Budtender, you'll help customers navigate our menu and find exactly what they need. We're looking for someone who's upbeat, compliance-focused, and ready to provide a top-tier experience. If you're big on wellness and great service, come grow with us. Duties Consult with customers to recommend tailored products and consumption methods. Educate guests on features and effects through engaging product demonstrations. Execute accurate POS transactions, cash handling, and retail calculations. Drive sales by promoting new arrivals, discounts, and complementary items. Merchandise displays and replenish stock to maintain a premium store aesthetic. Audit inventory and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability. Resolve inquiries professionally via phone and in-person with clear communication. Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in similar customer-focused environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team collaboration skills Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures is preferred Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations, or prior product demo experience is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone Elevate your career in cannabis with a team that values expertise and exceptional service.
