About Saginaw Retail Group Saginaw Retail Group is a Saginaw, Michigan-based company that supports customer service and in-store operations within established retail locations. All positions are in-person and based inside retail locations. Our team works directly with customers, helping answer questions, provide product information, and maintain a positive experience in a retail setting. We focus on building a reliable team and providing hands-on training so employees can develop strong communication and customer service skills. Position Overview We are currently hiring a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position working inside a retail environment. In this role, you will interact with customers, provide assistance, and support daily store operations. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a retail setting Answer questions and provide clear product or service information Maintain a professional and approachable attitude Support team members and daily store operations Help keep the work area organized and presentable Compensation $16-$20 per hour, based on experience Paid training provided Full-time Qualifications Strong communication skills Comfortable working with people on a daily basis Reliable and able to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required Work Environment This is an in-person role based inside retail locations in the Grand Blanc area.
