Attractions Attendant Camp '89 Grand Haven Grand Haven, MI 49417 Seasonal | Spring - Fall About Camp '89 Camp '89 is a family-focused campground in Grand Haven, Michigan, offering camping, recreation, and outdoor fun for families from across the Midwest. Attractions include our ice cream shop, mini golf course, go-kart track, and campground activities that help create memorable experiences for guests and visitors alike. Position Overview Camp '89 is looking for Attractions Attendants to help operate the ice cream shop, mini golf course, go-kart track. This position is responsible for assisting guests, providing excellent customer service, and helping ensure attractions are clean, safe, and operating smoothly throughout the season. This is a fun, hands-on role that is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people in an outdoor environment. Responsibilities Assist guests at the ice cream shop, mini golf course, and go-kart track Serve ice cream, snacks, beverages, and other concessions Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems Explain attraction rules and safety guidelines to guests Monitor attraction areas for cleanliness and safety Assist with opening and closing procedures Stock supplies, merchandise, and concession items Answer guest questions and provide friendly customer service Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with guests of all ages Ability to multitask during busy periods Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods Previous customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required Weekend and holiday availability required during the camping season What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Fun outdoor work environment Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Opportunity for additional responsibility and growth within the campground Friendly and supportive team atmosphere
