Job Description

Are you passionate about technology, communication, and helping people stay connected? If so, we are seeking driven and personable individuals to join our expanding team as AT&T Sales Associates in Grand Rapids, MI . In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for customers seeking the latest in wireless technology, smart home integration, and entertainment solutions. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will play a key role in connecting customers with personalized solutions that meet their needs while representing one of the most recognized brands in the industry. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience, offering expert product knowledge, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to assess their communication, entertainment, and smart technology needs through professional consultations. Recommend tailored AT&T solutions, including wireless devices, unlimited plans, fiber internet, streaming services, and smart home products. Demonstrate deep knowledge of AT&T's product offerings, features, and current promotions. Effectively present solutions to customers, addressing their needs and explaining benefits in a clear and relatable manner. Manage service activations, plan upgrades, device installations, and account management efficiently and accurately. Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and referrals. Maintain a professional, organized work environment that reflects AT&T's high standards. Stay up to date on the latest wireless, entertainment, and home technology trends through regular training sessions. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets. Collect and communicate customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have reliable transportation to our Grand Rapids office location. Strong solution-oriented mindset and commitment to customer success. Highly coachable with a desire for continuous learning and improvement. Previous experience in sales, telecommunications, customer service, or account management preferred. Exceptional ability to build rapport and engage with diverse customer profiles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and accountability.
