If you're motivated, competitive, and professional, we want to talk to you! Prior sales or retail experience is preferred. Experience in furniture or high‑volume retail is a plus. Responsibilities and Duties Job Responsibilities of the Clearance Center Sales Associate Meets required monthly sales and productivity standards Earns bonuses for exceeding sales performance expectations Demonstrates strong product knowledge of clearance merchandise Greets customers in a retail showroom environment and confidently guides them through the buying process Educates customers on product condition, pricing, and value Prepares and presents pricing clearly and accurately Represents the Klingman's name with professionalism and pride Records customer and sales information accurately in company systems Performs proactive follow‑up as needed to support the sale and customer satisfaction Responsible for all aspects of the sale from greeting through closing Works to improve performance based on feedback from store leadership Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned Accurately completes all system functions and maintains operational standards Works collaboratively with warehouse, delivery, and sales team members Utilizes company technology to ensure accurate ordering and communication Must have reliable transportation, a flexible schedule, and a cell phone Minimum Qualifications High school diploma required Retail or customer‑facing sales experience preferred Ability to work nights and Saturdays Ability to move or lift furniture Basic to intermediate computer skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset Willingness to work extended hours as business needs require To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
