Key Responsibilities:
Install mulch, plants, sod, and landscape features Assist with hardscape work (pavers, retaining walls, edging) Operate basic equipment (skid steer, compactors, etc.) Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean Follow crew leader directions and maintain production pace Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions Snow removal operations in the
Winter Months Qualifications:
Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required Prior snow removal experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+lbs and work outside daily Reliable transportation to the shop/job sites.
