Job Summary:
The Retail Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service at The UPS Store. This position involves assisting customers with Amazon returns, other package returns, and outbound shipments while maintaining a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, returns, and other store services Process Amazon and third-party returns accurately and efficiently Handle high volumes of customers during peak hours with professionalism and composure Operate POS systems, perform basic math calculations, and handle cash transactions accurately Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive, solution-oriented service Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Stay active and engaged throughout shifts; this position requires being on your feet most of the day Assist with our drivers in loading packages ready for transport Sell Print Service Packages from the
UPS Store Print Menu Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively Basic math and computer skills Professional appearance and demeanor Willingness to work in a physically active environment Ability to lift 25-35 lbs comfortably and repeatedly Some boxes may weigh up to 70lbs Must be over the age of 18 CURRENTLY
