Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure effective shift management Provide training and development opportunities to staff on customer service, POS systems, inventory control, and sales techniques Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales potential Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Conduct interviews for potential new hires, participate in recruiting efforts, and support onboarding processes Maintain accurate cash handling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store financial records Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities aligned with marketing plans Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and regulatory requirements Requirements Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or grocery store settings Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling Experience with merchandising, purchasing, budgeting, and sales management Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of retail sales techniques including wireless sales or grocery store operations is preferred Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to train staff on employee orientation programs and develop their skills for growth opportunities Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional activities within a retail environment Join us as a Store Lead to shape an engaging shopping experience while advancing your leadership career!
