Who You Are:
An experienced automotive sales representative with a stable work history and a documented list of loyal, repeat clientele. A professional with excellent active listening skills who practices consultative, needs-based selling. Someone with deep product knowledge who enjoys teaching customers about modern vehicle tech and safety. A team player who cares about dealership reputation and online reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a welcoming, no-pressure attitude. Assist clients in selecting the right vehicle by asking smart discovery questions. Build a personal pipeline through community networking, social media, and database mining. Guide customers seamlessly through the financing application and vehicle delivery process. Introduce buyers to our Service Department to ensure a long-term service relationship.
Requirements:
1+ years of automotive retail experience (luxury or brand-specific experience is a plus). Superior verbal and written communication skills.
