Duties:
- Assist customers in a detailed way to ensure they are purchasing the largest basket possible
- Maintain knowledge of current products, brands, and lifestyles
- Meet and exceed competitive sales goals
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Requirements:
- Strong time management and organizational skills and works well with a small team
- Previous experience in sales is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills with customers in a way that creates a comfortable shopping atmosphere
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by helping multiple customers at a time while also paying close attention to the sales floor
