In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on beauty products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages customers to explore our range of beauty cosmetics. Your ability to engage with clients and promote products will be key to your success in this position. This role is set within a comfortable-paced environment that allows for meaningful client interactions and personalized service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beauty products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beauty cosmetics, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance. Accurately shade match clients and help them find their perfect foundation, concealer, and complexion products. Utilize POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Check in new inventory, restock merchandise, and assist with placing new product orders as needed. Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor to enhance the overall shopping experience. Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and suggesting complementary items. Stay up to date on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand education to provide informed recommendations. Participate in social media content creation, including taking photos, videos, and engaging with the store's online presence. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics or skincare products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Professional appearance with a positive, energetic attitude. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is a must. Knowledge of cosmetic products, shade matching, and current beauty industry trends is preferred. Experience opening and closing the store, including balancing and closing registers accurately.
