Position Overview We are seeking an experienced jewelry sales professional to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Management experience is a plus but not required. With our main bridal showroom and our sister business, Jensen Estate Buyers, located next door, you'll enjoy a diverse role where no two days are the same. This is a unique opportunity to learn both bridal jewelry retail and diamond buying in an exciting, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and build meaningful client relationships Drive bridal and fine jewelry sales in a high-volume environment Participate directly in inventory buying decisions Communicate with national and international jewelry vendors Attend and travel to national trade shows Assist with inventory management and merchandising Collaborate closely with a team-focused, positive staff Desired Qualities Passion for sales and customer experience Fashion-forward with an eye for design and detail Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Minimum Qualifications Previous retail jewelry sales experience required Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Compensation & Benefits $70,000•$100,000 annual earning potential Profit Sharing Program 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Employee jewelry discount Non-commission-based team bonus structure Strong emphasis on work-life balance Work Schedule Our hours are lighter than most retail jewelry stores, offering an excellent lifestyle balance:
