YOUR DAY AS OUR STORE ASSOCIATE
Each day, you'll partner with sales and customer service to keep orders flowing, welcoming walkin customers, capturing needs, and assembling hydraulic hose assemblies to specification when required. You'll process quotes and orders with accuracy, handle incoming calls from customers and vendors, and strengthen relationships by offering recommendations and suggestive selling that genuinely help. Behind the scenes, you'll maintain organized customer files and contracts, confirm supplier purchase orders (checking quantities, prices, and delivery dates), and follow up with suppliers to secure firm delivery date commitments that you'll share internally. You'll coordinate delivery times with the sales team, maintain customer accounts, and process returns and credits efficiently. Throughout, you'll contribute to our quality and continuous improvement goals and take on additional duties that support customers, compliance, and the business.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm Day shift - full-time Consistent hours so you can plan your week with confidence
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent 18+ years of age Intermediate computer skills (Word and Excel) Typing 35+ wpm with accuracy Ability to safely lift 30 pounds Applied math competency, including percentages, decimals,and fractions Manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to read a tape measure
