As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality in every interaction with our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and team members
- Assist in stocking inventory, rotating products, and ensuring proper storage of supplies
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
- Upsell products and promotions to increase sales revenue
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional service Requirements
- Prior experience in a quick-service fast-food restaurant, kitchen, grocery store, or similar environment is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and using cash registers effectively
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
