Position Overview:
Ironwood West Michigan Group is currently hiring a Retail Customer Service Associate to support customer interactions inside established retail locations in the Kalamazoo area. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on assisting customers, answering questions, and helping create a positive and informative in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers inside retail store locations Provide clear and helpful information on available products and services Answer customer questions and support general requests Help customers understand service options that fit their needs Assist with account setup and basic service support when needed Maintain a professional and organized work environment
Products & Services:
Work with customers regarding available services such as mobile plans, home internet options, and account-related support offered within retail locations.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working face-to-face with customers Team-oriented with a positive attitude Reliable and consistent attendance Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
