Saturday and Sunday We're look for an upbeat, detail-oriented person to join our retail team! The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) will work at Kalamazoo Candle Company. The RSA will assist the Customer Experience Manager in meeting monthly sales goals and ensures an exceptional store experience for guests. The following describes the duties and assignments for the RSA position with KCC. The below is not meant to be all-inclusive but an outline of duties from which job assignments, expectations, and accountability will be drawn.Duties:
At all times ensure a worthwhile experience for all guests entering the store Greet and assist guests Instruct and assist customers in candle making and other making experiences Provide information and educate customers on our pre-made candles Operate and maintain accuracy of register Assists in the merchandising of products Regularly inspects and ensures cleanliness and organization of the store Maintain a safe, inclusive, and friendly atmosphere for all that enter store Ability to operate a mobile eventOther:
- Honesty, transparency, and candor are expectations of all the work at KCC
- Represent KCC in a positive way at all times
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment to include wiping tables, sweeping work area, taking out trash, and recycling
- Comply with all KCC policies, handbooks, and guidelines
- All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Experience, Traits we're looking for:
