A sales position at Morris Rose is perfect for men and women who are self-driven closers.

Hours:

Mon-Friday 8am-5pm - No Weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Engaging with customers to identify their needs, provide product recommendations, and answer any questions they may have about parts and accessories. This often involves face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or online chats.

Sales and Service:

Promoting and selling parts and accessories, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery. This also includes following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale issues.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to successfully navigate the internet. Familiarity with social media. Ability to learn proprietary yard management software.

Product Knowledge:

Some familiarity with automotive parts, including function, compatibility, and applications is preferred but not mandatory.

Automotive Knowledge:

Preferred but not mandatory.

Sales Skills:

Strong abilities in negotiation, persuasion, and closing sales.

Customer Service:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

Problem Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot and provide forward thinking solutions.

Organization:

Good organizational skills for managing customer and sales documentation.

Adaptability:

Ability to keep up with changes in the automotive industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Potential Earnings:

This is a commission-based position. Our current sales team members earn between $50,000 to $125,000+ in annual commissions. We do offer a training salary for the first six months of employment. Training salary based on skills and experience of the individual candidate.
