We are looking for a full-time Parts Sales Associate to join our Lansing team. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
Locate and source parts from internal and external suppliers using a variety of resources Place parts orders for customers and AIS service technicians Research and answer parts-related questions for both internal and external customers Read and interpret machine diagrams to help provide accurate solutions Follow up diligently with customers and employees regarding inquiries and orders Process incoming shipments for customers, technicians, and inventory stock Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom, warehouse, shipping, and customer hold areas Follow established parts department procedures, including
Freight Recovery, MD On Hand, and Returns Qualifications/Skills:
18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED Valid state-issued driver's license Strong written and verbal communication skills Punctual, reliable, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Able to regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds Must be able to pass a background screening and drug test
Preferred:
Customer service experience and/or knowledge of heavy equipment or automotive parts

Compensation:
$45,000 - $65,000 base salary PLUS commission
