Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, trimming trees, and snow plowing to maintain pristine outdoor spaces. Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching to enhance landscape aesthetics. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping and construction tasks. Support hardscape projects by helping install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features. Conduct general garden and horticulture duties such as watering plants, weeding, and soil preparation. Use equipment like excavators and irrigation systems to support larger landscape or construction projects. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly after use. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Experience or interest in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care, or gardening techniques is advantageous. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures consistently. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance, tree trimming, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward outdoor physical work.
