Front Desk Sales Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing transactions, and supporting daily operations in a retail or grocery environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, enhance merchandising knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming fitness experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in person and over the phone Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Assist with stocking, inventory management, and ensuring the gym is clean and inviting Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns efficiently Support cashiering duties including Selling memberships Promote a positive gym environment through friendly communication and professional demeanor This role is vital in creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily operations.
