The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role requires a strong understanding of retail sales, inventory management, and effective communication skills to engage with customers and promote our products. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with order fulfillment. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves as necessary. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Provide product knowledge and support to customers, including information about automotive repair when applicable. Utilize Excel for tracking sales data and inventory management as needed. Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and bilingual customers to enhance their shopping experience. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, with a strong focus on customer service. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management practices is highly desirable. Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing is essential. Experience in automotive repair or related fields is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for effective inventory control.
