Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Leader/Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations on-site. This pivotal role involves supervising crews (2-3 people), managing project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. Premium Rate for on-site at job location(s). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, customers site experience, and to take pride in their work. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety and quality standards Coordinate daily activities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide work processes effectively Monitor project progress against schedules; adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines Requirements Proven experience in management with a strong background in supervising teams on active sites Knowledge of project scheduling & blueprint reading Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately; experience with Welding, Electrical and/or Plumbing is a plus Understanding of OSHA safety standards and enforcement procedures on construction sites Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate teams and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members Join us at ChemQuest, Inc. where your leadership fuels successful projects! Pay:
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
