Retail Sales & Product AssociateE-Liquid & Vape Products Inline Vape Stores is seeking Retail Sales & Product Associates for several store locations. This position is a great fit for dependable, customer-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a retail setting, learning about products, and helping customers have a positive shopping experience. Retail Sales & Product Associates assist with day-to-day store operations while guiding customers toward products that best match their needs through helpful, accurate, and professional recommendations. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer needs and offering helpful product guidance Recommend appropriate products, accessories, or upgrades when they add real value to the customer's purchase Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash, card, and other transactions accurately Assist with opening and/or closing the store following company procedures Restock products, organize merchandise, maintain displays, and keep the store looking clean and inviting Help with inventory counts, audits, stock checks, and related reporting Maintain a clean, safe, and professional retail environment Communicate clearly with managers, coworkers, and customers Support the overall customer experience by being friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or vape industry experience is helpful but not required Strong communication and listening skills Ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and consistent with scheduled shifts Professional, honest, and respectful in all customer and team interactions Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions Willing to learn about products, store procedures, and industry requirements Able to work independently and as part of a team Position Expectations Retail Sales & Product Associates are expected to assist customers with confidence, answer product-related questions, and help solve customer needs in a professional and customer-first way. The goal is to provide honest, useful recommendations that help customers feel informed and satisfied with their purchase. This role requires attention to product quality, store standards, compliance, cleanliness, and the overall shopping experience. Customers should feel welcomed, respected, and supported throughout their visit.
