EXPERIENCED

Budtender to join our fast-paced, high-volume dispensary. This is NOT an entry-level position — we are only considering applicants with prior dispensary experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with product selection (flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates) Handling high-volume transactions quickly and accurately Supporting inventory organization and restocking Maintaining compliance with state regulations (METRC awareness required) Delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

MUST have prior dispensary experience Strong cannabis product knowledge Experience with POS systems (Dutchie preferred) Basic understanding of METRC and compliance Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends Able to handle busy rushes without slowing down

Compensation:

$15-20/hour (based on experience) Tips Opportunity for growth into Lead / Inventory roles
