Consideration will be given to candidates with optical experience and certification, however personality and work style are the qualifications most important for hiring!
• This candidate must be open to working at our two locations: MKG Vision in downtown Muskegon and White Lake Vision in Whitehall

• Prepare for and warmly greet our patients, maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment
• Educate patients and potential patients about the advanced exam and lens options offered and the everyday problems they solve
• Assist in frame selection and complement patients on their new eyewear
• Communicate patient needs to the appropriate department
• Conflict resolution as needed
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments and explaining charges to patients
• Interpret insurance benefits, and help patients maximize their savings
• Be responsible to maintain detailed documentation on messages, orders
• Be supported by a team of coworkers who will treat you like family
• Love coming to work everyday :)
