We are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate who thrives on creating memorable customer experiences and building long-term client relationships. What You'll Do Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Build meaningful relationships that foster repeat business and referrals. Guide clients through important purchases including engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, fine jewelry, and custom designs. Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs, style preferences, and budget. Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals. Maintain detailed customer profiles and follow up with clients regarding special occasions, wish lists, new arrivals, and events. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with visual merchandising and showroom presentation. Support opening and closing procedures, including merchandise handling and security protocols.
