As a Budtender at Exotics Cannabis, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to create a friendly, educational, and efficient shopping experience while helping customers find the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Our ideal team members are knowledgeable, enthusiastic about cannabis, and committed to providing top-tier customer service every time someone walks through our doors. Budtenders will assist customers with product selection, answer questions about cannabis strains and products, operate the point-of-sale system, and ensure all sales follow Michigan cannabis regulations. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, communicates clearly with customers, and takes pride in creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
