Budtender - Smilez of Reading (Full-Time) Open Evening and Weekend Availability Required Smilez of Reading is hiring passionate, reliable team members to join our growing dispensary! We're currently seeking a full-time Budtender with open evening and weekend availability . Key Responsibilities Budtender Duties Greet and assist customers with product selection and education Ensure product containers are properly labeled and compliant Operate POS systems (Dutchie) and Metrc inventory tracking Create accurate labels at the point of sale Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment Runner Duties Package online and in-store orders Deliver curbside orders to customers Support fellow team members with operational needs

Note:

Team members may be cross-trained in both roles based on store needs. Qualifications Must be 21 years or older in accordance with state law Availability for nights and weekends is required Prior experience with Dutchie, Metrc, or cannabis retail is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Compensation & Benefits Starting wage: $14.00/hour + tips 6-month reviews with potential for hourly increases Employee benefits include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employee Discount Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Smilez is an equal opportunity employer.
