Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Able to create unique hand-tied floral bouquets on spot, trained by head desinger Greet customers warmly and work out problems or reasons for calling. Skillful in working under pressure during busy times like holidays Assist with placement of orders, flowers and reserving what needs to be reserved Must be available during normal business hours & ALL holidays, no matter what(deal breaker) Ability to handle physical workload Taking initiative, being a team leader, and working together Knowing how to most importantly meet sales. Running shop errands and chores.
