Job Description

Handles customer-related services and maintenance in the store. Responsible for ensuring products are shelved properly in terms of access and visibility. In addition, a Hardware Associate must be available at all times within the store to respond to any queries or concerns. Is also responsible for ensuring the store is clean and that the overall look of the store is well-maintained.
Essential Functions:
Exceptional customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic, and the ability to understand and adhere to store policy and sales targets Strong organization skills Attention to detail Ability to work as a contributing member of the store team Ability to work with minimum supervision Excellent time management skills
Non-Essential Functions:
Dress accordingly each day Maintain a positive image for the company Treat customers and co-workers in a friendly manner Perform other miscellaneous duties assigned to the job
