We buy and sell daily—no appointment necessary—and pay on the spot! We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face helping families find great deals on kids' essentials while providing exceptional service. Your enthusiasm for retail sales, product knowledge, and ability to connect with customers will drive sales and create a welcoming shopping experience. Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering questions about items such as clothing, toys, or furniture Conduct product demos to showcase item features and benefits to customers Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and organize inventory to maintain an attractive store environment Perform merchandising tasks to highlight featured items and seasonal promotions Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Previous retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse communities Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as stocking for extended periods Join our team and help create memorable shopping experiences for families while developing your retail skills in a lively and supportive environment!
