Job Description
Sales Representative - Commercial & Residential Countertops Join Our Family-Owned Team! We are a well-established, family-owned countertop fabrication and installation company seeking an experienced Sales Representative to help grow our commercial and residential business. If you have a background in solid surface materials and enjoy building relationships while seeing projects through from concept to completion, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, and commercial clients. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and job cost analyses. Coordinate projects with production and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow projects from initial consultation through completion. Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications Previous sales experience in the countertop, cabinetry, kitchen and bath, construction, or building materials industry preferred. Knowledge of solid surface, quartz, granite, and other countertop materials is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Experience with job costing and estimating. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Marketing experience or the ability to help develop business through networking and promotional efforts is a plus.
