Full-Time Sebewaing Ace Hardware is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Retail Associate. We take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. As we prepare for our busy season, we are seeking a hardworking team member who is eager to learn, willing to go the extra mile, and committed to helping maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection and project solutions. Assist customers in the paint department, including color matching, paint mixing, and product recommendations. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise throughout the store. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floors and displays. Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately. Assist with loading customer purchases when needed. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. Retail, hardware, paint, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Schedule & Benefits Full-time position. Every other weekend required. Competitive pay based on experience.
