Full Job Description About Us:

We are a locally owned children's clothing and shoe boutique dedicated to providing stylish, high-quality apparel and exceptional customer service for families in our community. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, helpful shopping experience for both parents and kids. Our current store hours and working hours are 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, has an eye for children's fashion, and thrives in a customer-focused retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm, approachable manner Help parents and children find the right clothing, shoes, and sizes Provide product knowledge, including fit, sizing, and brand information Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases, returns, and exchanges Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including folding, restocking, and merchandising displays Assist with receiving and processing new inventory Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Comfortable working with children and families Dependable with a strong work ethic Flexible availability, including weekends (Saturdays only)
