Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales, as well as the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Utilize effective communication skills to promote products and drive sales. Handle cash transactions using a cash register and POS system, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Apply retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product discounts. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Experience Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail transactions. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. A proactive attitude towards selling products and assisting customers in finding what they need.
